Looking for a Rigging Specialist to lead and implement lifting & rigging safety interventions across the site, ensuring accident-free operations through awareness programs, inspections, and training.

Key Experience & Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years in Rigging Operations in construction sites, including greenfield and brownfield projects on large-scale sites in India and abroad
  • Review and approve lift plans, method statements, HIRA, and oversee daily lifting operations
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety sessions, and monitor critical lifts for compliance
  • Inspect lifting equipment, maintain registers, and implement tagging/color coding systems
  • Train lifting teams through classroom and practical sessions; submit regular MIS reports and safety insights
