Job Summary
The
Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer
will lead and manage the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of web and mobile applications. This hands-on role involves
project management, team mentoring, system design, and development
using technologies like
PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI, ReactNative, and Flutter
. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, capable of handling complex projects while motivating and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management: Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create contingency plans promptly.
• Web & Mobile Development: Perform hands-on development of web applications (PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI) and mobile applications (ReactNative, Flutter).
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct testing, resolve technical issues, and ensure application functionality.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Operations & Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, schedule training, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support team members, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Transparency & Reporting: Maintain transparency regarding challenges and successes; write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web and mobile development.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI, ReactNative, and Flutter.
• Management Skills: Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer role.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Leadership & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
