Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Client Servicing:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with assigned clients, deeply understanding their brand identities, target audiences, and unique PR goals
  • Be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, keeping clients informed, managing expectations, and exceeding their needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for brand growth and exposure, tailoring PR strategies to maximize impact

Develop & Execute Strategic PR Plans:

  • Craft comprehensive PR plans that align with each client's brand story, target market, and overall business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and develop insightful PR strategies

Organize & Coordinate PR Activities:

  • Orchestrate all aspects of client PR campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and resources with meticulous efficiency
  • Secure valuable media placements in top-tier publications, online media outlets, and relevant platforms
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key journalists and editors, pitching compelling brand stories and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships

Content Creation & Management:

  • Craft captivating press releases, media pitches, and other brand messaging with a distinct and engaging voice
  • Develop and curate content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and audience engagement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and captures the essence of each lifestyle brand

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or relevant degree
  • 3-5

years of experience
- Proven experience as public relations manager or similar role
- Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solution
