Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations).
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
  • Inventory & Cost Management:
  • Work closely with the production and stores department to reconcile inventory records.
  • Monitor cost of goods sold and prepare cost analysis reports.
  • Audit & Internal Controls:
  • Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insights to management for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • MIS to the Management on monthly basis on production , Marketing and administration

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
    B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or CA
  • Experience:
    1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Soft Skills:
    Good communication, problem-solving attitude, and team collaboration skills.
  • Reporting :
    Directly to Managing Director
