Senior Accounts Executive – Compliance, Budgeting & Financial Systems

What You'll Do (Your Power Responsibilities)
Own the accounting cycle end-to-end (AP/AR/GL, reconciliations, MIS – all of it)
Ensure flawless compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT & audits
Build smart budgets & track cost efficiencies like a pro
Support financial system upgrades/ERP implementations
Analyse costing with Production & Purchase teams
Drive accuracy, structure, and financial hygiene across the company
Work directly with leadership for financial insights and decision support
Who We Are Looking For (Your Superpowers)
8–10 years of strong accounting & finance experience
Manufacturing industry background (MUST)
Advanced knowledge of statutory compliances
Skilled in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
ERP/Financial system experience
Excel-savvy (we mean REALLY savvy)
Highly disciplined, ethical, accurate, and organized
Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter Preferred
