Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backup Engineer with good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and backup systems. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and ensuring regular data backups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and monitor regular system backups.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Support users with system and application problems.
  • Maintain IT equipment and backup records.
  • Ensure data security and reliability of backup systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT support or backup management.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking basics.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
