We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer with hands-on experience in AI/ML project development to join our growing technology team in Jaipur. You will be working on real-world AI solutions, contributing to end-to-end model development, and integrating intelligent systems into production-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Python code
  • Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business challenges
  • Work with data scientists to implement algorithms and integrate ML models
  • Optimize model performance and manage deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps)
  • Ensure clean architecture, proper documentation, and version control
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and Python ecosystem

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional Python development experience
  • Proven experience in AI/ML model development (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to MLOps practices
  • Experience in Flask or FastAPI
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
