KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a Director – LCNC to lead strategy formulation, design, and implementation of low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate digital transformation across delivery centers. This role requires strong technical acumen, business alignment skills, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring governance and scalability.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
Solution Architecture and Design:
- Define the LCNC architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and modular solutions leveraging LCNC platforms (e.g., Power Platform).
- Establish best practices for UI/UX design and workflow automation within LCNC environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into LCNC solutions that optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the technical authority for LCNC platforms, guiding teams on platform capabilities and limitations.
- Mentor solution architects and developers on advanced LCNC techniques, integration patterns, and performance optimization.
- Drive platform governance, including security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Evaluate emerging LCNC technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Integration & Deployment:
- Oversee integration of LCNC solutions with AI solutions or other platforms.
- Define deployment strategies for LCNC applications across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines for LCNC.
- Implement monitoring and observability frameworks for LCNC applications.
Research and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead innovation initiatives to explore AI-driven automation and citizen development
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new LCNC capabilities and assess business impact.
- Explore partnerships with vendors and industry forums to stay ahead of LCNC advancements.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within LCNC teams.
Governance and Risk Management:
- Define policies for citizen development, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Establish data security and privacy standards for LCNC applications.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business and technology teams to ensure LCNC initiatives deliver measurable value.
- Drive organizational change management for LCNC adoption, including training and enablement programs.
- Communicate LCNC strategy and success stories to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML, LCNC Platforms, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
Work experience
- 15+ years of experience in technology, with a strong focus on driving large scale LCNC initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading AI solution development from concept to market launch, with hands-on experience in managing all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Proven track record in solution architecture and enterprise-grade deployments using LCNC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
- Expertise in API-driven integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures for LCNC solutions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving organizational change management for LCNC adoption.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) etc. for LCNC environments.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation and citizen development enablement.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot Studio and other LCNC ecosystems.
- Skilled in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and secure data exchange between LCNC apps and enterprise systems.
- Ability to mentor architects and developers, set coding standards, and enforce best practices for LCNC solutions.
- Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to executives, drive stakeholder buy-in and lead strategic discussions.
- Adept at evaluating emerging technologies, conducting POCs, and aligning innovation with business outcomes.
- Understanding of cloud-native design principles and scalable LCNC deployments across Azure, AWS, and GCP
