Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site field sales role for a Sales Executive, with openings in the following locations:

Bikaner | Jodhpur | Hanumangarh | Sri Ganganagar

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing distributor/retailer networks.
  • Generating new business opportunities and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Meeting clients, providing product knowledge, and handling negotiations.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat business.
  • Conducting market visits for competitor analysis, demand tracking, and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Consumer Durables, Electrical Goods, or Wires & Cables).
  • Backgrounds from Pharma, Finance, or Real Estate will not be considered.
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Ability to create and execute effective Sales Strategies.
  • Comfortable with field sales and travel within assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of the wire & cable industry is a strong plus.
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (not mandatory if experience is strong).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & interview).

1 Telephonic Interview – Initial screening round.

2 Face-to-Face Interview – Final round at company location.
