Role Description – Digital Marketing Intern (6-Month Paid Internship + 1-Year Hiring Commitment)

We are looking for a motivated digital marketing intern to join our team. This is a 6-month paid internship, offering hands-on exposure to SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and content writing. After successfully completing the internship, candidates will be offered a full-time role with a mandatory one-year commitment.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Meta Ads Manager (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete the 6-month paid internship followed by a 1-year full-time commitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Support PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) including keyword targeting, ad optimization, and reporting
  • Assist in planning and managing social media campaigns
  • Create, write, and optimize content (blogs, website pages, social media posts)
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

Preferred Location & Background

  • Candidates from Vasai–Virar region will be strongly preferred
  • Tech-background graduates (BCA, BSc IT, BTech, MCA, or similar) preferred

Growth Opportunity

Candidates who perform well during the internship will be offered a full-time position with a one-year commitment at WebConstructive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
