About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager – Creative Content (Writer) with 2+ years of experience in content writing and copywriting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping our brand's voice across multiple channels, including performance ads, CRM (email, SMS, WhatsApp), website content, and other marketing assets. Experience in the Indian education industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Development: Create and manage high-quality content tailored for prospective students, working professionals, and other stakeholders. 
• Copywriting & Short-Form Content: Write engaging, persuasive copy for performance marketing ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS), and landing pages. 
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone of voice, messaging framework, and campaign objectives. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, performance marketers, product teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. 
• Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in ed-tech marketing. 
• Editing & Proofreading: Maintain high editorial standards with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing. 
• Proven ability to write short-form, conversion-driven copy for ads, emails, and digital campaigns. 
• Strong grasp of results-oriented writing for lead generation and performance. 
• Experience in the Indian education industry (preferred). 
• Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality. 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles. 
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
