Vinayak Ingredients (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with a

passion for sales and market expansion to join our team. Our company is at the forefront of

innovation in the Natural Food Colouring, Modified Starch, and Encapsulated Food sectors. We offer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain and increase business.

  3. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

  4. Reporting:

  5. Prepare detailed quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports.

  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.

  7. Team Management:

  8. Manage and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  9. Allocate sales personnel to specific markets and set individual sales targets.

  10. Ensure alignment of team goals with overall business objectives.

  11. Business Development:

  12. support the team in business development efforts.

  13. Guide and oversee market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  14. Engage directly with clients and markets, requiring travel.

  15. Customer Relationship Management:

  16. Create and maintain a comprehensive database of new and prospective clients.

  17. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of maintaining and increasing business through strategic planning and

execution.

  • Demonstrated success in sales and market expansion, particularly in the food ingredients industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in market research and analysis.

  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to engage with clients and explore new markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
