Accounts Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our team at Radisson Goa. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and accounts.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinating with auditors and responding to audit queries.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of financial information.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems is an advantage.
