Aesthetic Medicine (Remote | Base ₹50,000 + Commissions)

Harley Street Institute (UK) is one of the world's most respected institutions for training in aesthetic and regenerative medicine, delivering CPD-accredited courses in Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, threads, and advanced clinical techniques. We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in healthcare or sales who can independently drive outreach and course enrollments through their own strategy and network.

About the Role:

This is not a script-based telemarketing job. It is an independent, strategic sales and outreach role for someone who can figure out how to connect with the right candidates and enroll them into premium aesthetic medicine programs. You'll receive in-depth training on our courses, branding materials, and access to an internal support team, but how you execute your outreach is entirely up to you to build.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: ₹50,000 INR per month
  • Commission per Enrollment: high % depending on course package
  • Performance Bonuses:
  • Monthly incentives for hitting enrollment targets
  • Referral bonuses if you bring in new advisors or leads
  • Invitations to UK events and mentorship opportunities for top performers

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently strategize and execute cold outreach via WhatsApp, email, social media, phone, or other creative methods
  • Identify, educate, and enroll medical professionals into Harley Street Institute training programs
  • Build a consistent sales pipeline and maintain your prospect tracker
  • Create personalized messaging, videos, or webinars if helpful—freedom to innovate
  • Take ownership of the results and adapt your sales strategy as needed

Who We're Looking For:

  • A medical professional (doctor, dentist, pharmacist, nurse, physiotherapist, etc.) OR
  • A candidate with an MBA or equivalent business/sales background in healthcare, education, or B2B services
  • Proven experience in cold sales, outreach, or healthcare education sales
  • Self-motivated and independent—able to build a process without hand-holding
  • Excellent English communication; regional or international languages are a plus
  • Strong interest in the business and clinical side of aesthetic medicine
