Role & responsibilities

1.Prepare and issue Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills accurately and on time.

2.Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in an organized manner.

3.Prepare, review, and present account statements for management reporting.

4.Assist in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

5.Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and coordinate with the auditors office for timely compliance.

6.Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com preferred).

2.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or related roles.

3.Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

4.Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance procedures.

5.Experience in preparing E-Invoices and E-Way Bills (preferred).

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data.
