The Pharmacy Assistant will support the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including , maintaining stock and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions accurately.
  • Provide information to patients/customers regarding dosage, usage, and storage of medicines (under pharmacist guidance).
  • Maintain inventory records, check stock levels, and manage expiry dates.
  • Support in ordering, receiving, and storing medicines and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statutory guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the pharmacy.
