Process Overview*

Data Management Technology and Enterprise Architecture (DMTEA)  - DQCE GT GO GSEP group is responsible for ensuring technology provides accurate, timely, and complete Global Technology data; governs common DQCE processes. GT Data Modelling under DQCE portfolio is responsible for Global Technology (GT) Logical Data Architecture and Model Governance, identifying and compiling use cases that reflect GT data needs, simplifying GT data sourcing strategies, managing the GT Conceptual and Logical Data Models, including alignment to data families and domains, and GT ADS and Platform product management.

Job Description*

This job is responsible for defining and leading the Data Movement, Data Transformations  & Data Quality for Governed Regulatory Reporting Services that integrates data management, standardized processes, and robust compliance tool sets into a single platform.

This role specifically helps to simplifies building platforms and solutions for the regulatory reporting process and ensures compliance in an ever-evolving landscape, enabling scalable solution for Enhanced Data Management and Transparency, Regulatory Compliance and Traceability, Automated Reporting Workflows, Quality Control and Assurance portfolio

Responsibilities*

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including business writing and presentations and data analysis. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at all levels, and build strong relationships
• 10-15 years of hands-on requirements/data analysis and documentation experience in financial industry along with Data Transformations, Processing, Data Movement solutions
• 6+ years of hands-on in development framework components utilizing Flow-Based Programming patterns (tools like Apache/Cloudera NiFi)
• 10+ years in Big data technologies, Python, Pyspark, Pandas, Scala
• Knowledge of any database (Hadoop/HBase/MongoDB/Oracle)  along with Cloudera or Hortonworks technology stacks
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders outside of the sphere of direct influence
• Knowledge of Non Financial Regulatory Reporting
• Extensive experience delivering Global Markets & Banking (GBAM) regulatory & large-scale data projects
• Strong knowledge of data management fundamentals including data dictionaries, data quality, and controls
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex solutions for distributed systems using AI/GenAI Models
• Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills along with Strong problem-solving and communication skills; enjoys a collaborative environment
• Experience CI/CD automation using tools such as Jenkins/Ansible
• Experience implementing SDM automation using tools such as  Git/Jenkins/Ansible
• Should be familiar with the SDLC life cycle, data modeling, data management practices, SAFe Agile, CoPilot and SQL/ETL development.

Requirements*

• Minimum of 10-12 years in Data Processing, ETL, Data Quality with Data Management Technologies
• At least 8 years of experience in Banking & Finance  domain including knowledge of underlying data and technology requirements
• Hands-on Python experience with Mongo DB with solution architect back ground
• Familiarity with object oriented programming concepts, databases and data warehouses including working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to perform data lineage/ traceability analysis, including documentation of complex derivations and transformations required for regulatory reporting
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of any database (Oracle, Teradata etc.)
• Experience in database development, design, and best practices
