We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, videos, medical brochures, pamphlets, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our healthcare clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  • Design visually appealing and engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, videos, medical brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop creative concepts and design mock-ups that align with client's branding and marketing goals.
  • Use industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs.
  • Apply knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create compelling visuals.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with our content team to incorporate text and other content into designs effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in the healthcare and digital marketing industry.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate production and implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, including examples of social media posts, videos, brochures, or other relevant materials.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to interpret client's requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, or previous experience working with healthcare practitioners will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
