About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Risk Specialist to join our risk management team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with digital technologies, including cybersecurity threats, digital fraud, and compliance risks. You will work closely with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to ensure our digital assets and operations are secure and aligned with organizational risk policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess digital risks related to IT systems, applications, cloud environments, and third-party services.
  • Monitor emerging digital threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes impacting the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits of digital assets and processes.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support incident response efforts related to digital risk events.
  • Develop and maintain digital risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on digital risk topics.
  • Generate risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage risks related to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud security risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention technologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their associated risks (AI, IoT, blockchain).
  • Experience in conducting digital risk training and awareness programs.
