A leading financial services company is looking for a Senior Associate FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning processes, providing valuable insights through analysis, and assisting in strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct financial modeling, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Analyze financial data, reports, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports that highlight business performance and variances against budget.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather input for financial forecasts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects to drive business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate finance environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
