Job Title: ITI Fitter

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Education Qualification: ITI – Fitter Trade

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ITI Fitter who can perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components and machinery. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical parts and machinery.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for fitting operations.
• Maintain, repair, and service mechanical equipment when required.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults or needed repairs.
• Assist in machine installation, alignment, and testing.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support production teams in machine setup and operational readiness.
• Maintain records of work performed and report issues to supervisors.
• Handle equipment and tools carefully to prevent damage and ensure long life.

Required Skills & Knowledge: Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of mechanical components and fitting processes.
• Ability to work with tools like spanners, files, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and machinery operation.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, scale, gauges).

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and capable of handling workshop tasks.
