Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the employer to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.
  • Ensure safe and responsible driving, following all traffic rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
  • Regularly check and maintain vehicle condition—fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, and overall performance.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Keep track of mileage, fuel usage, tolls, parking receipts, and other travel-related expenses.
  • Assist with loading/unloading items, luggage, or shopping bags.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the employer at all times.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and available for overtime or outstation travel when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal or corporate driver.
  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic rules, and alternate routes.
  • Ability to drive safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
  • Good communication skills and polite behavior.
  • Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and disciplined.
