RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • · Handle day-to-day design and documentation activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, Validation, Operating Manuals, etc.)
  • · Prepare AutoCAD 2D Drawings (GA, Layouts, Part Drawings)
  • · Use measuring instruments and have basic knowledge of standard mechanical components
  • · Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD / SolidWorks / Solid Edge models and drawings
  • · Conduct design reviews and make revisions based on feedback and testing results
  • · Prepare and maintain accurate documentation – design specs, drawings, and user manuals
  • · Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  • · Set design direction and standards for manufacturing equipment and processes
  • · Design and develop manufacturing equipment, including machinery and tooling
  • · Ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and productivity requirements
  • · Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations and develop solutions

REQUISITE SKILLS:

  • · Proficient in AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE software
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • · Accurate and strong attention to detail.
  • · Proficient in MS Office and popular design software.
  • · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • · Bachelor's degree in design engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or relevant field
  • · Software: AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS/SOLID EDGE
  • · Experience – 8+ years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
