We are a growing group with two strong verticals: Matamaal Restaurants, a pioneering brand that introduced authentic Kashmiri Pandit cuisine to India, and Kanz & Muhul (K&M), a global agro-commodities and e-commerce brand exporting pristine Kashmiri products like saffron, walnuts, and almonds. Together, we celebrate and share the essence of Kashmiri culture through food, storytelling, and design.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our stories to life visually across restaurants, e-commerce, exports, and social media. This role is perfect for someone who can balance aesthetic creativity with brand consistency, and who thrives on designing for both digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Design

  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, ads, packaging, and offline marketing.

  • Maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across Matamaal and K&M.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns.

  • Content Creation

  • Design static posts, reels covers, infographics, and short-form creative assets.

  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers for visual storytelling.

  • Print & Marketing Collateral

  • Develop menus, brochures, posters, banners, event creatives, and packaging designs.

  • Support restaurant events and e-commerce campaigns with tailored visuals.

  • Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Suggest new creative formats to improve engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Video editing / motion graphics skills are a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and brand storytelling.
