Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microbiologist Manager to oversee microbiological testing, water testing, and environmental & sterility testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and supervise microbiological testing of products and raw materials.
  • Conduct water testing, environmental monitoring, and sterility testing according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare reports for management review.
  • Troubleshoot deviations, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor microbiology staff, ensuring training and adherence to protocols.
