Roles & Responsibilities:

Employee Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update records of all employees, especially apprentices enrolled under NAPS/NATS.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee documentation.

NAPS/NATS Registration

  • Facilitate and ensure timely registration of eligible candidates under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).
  • Coordinate with government portals and agencies to resolve any issues related to registration.

Employee Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between employees/apprentices and the HR/training department.
  • Guide apprentices through registration, onboarding, and compliance processes.
  • Address queries and provide support regarding apprenticeship policies and documentation.

Report Management

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on registration status, training progress, and other apprenticeship metrics.
  • Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in reports.

Report Sharing and Communication

  • Share consolidated reports with relevant internal teams (HR, Training, Management) as per the schedule.
  • Communicate important updates or changes in apprenticeship schemes to concerned stakeholders.
