  • The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, guiding development teams, and making key architectural decisions to support future enhancements and scalability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Optimize Java-based APIs and Kafka consumers to handle large-scale consent and preference traffic.
  • Enhance MongoDB sharding and indexing strategies for high throughput read/write operations.
  • Improve performance and reliability of batch and real-time ingestion workflows.
  • Fine-tune Kubernetes pods, clusters, and autoscaling policies for better resource utilization.
  • Implement and enhance observability, including monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Open Telemetry).
  • Drive root cause analysis and performance tuning across services and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, and Architects to ensure end-to-end system health.
