Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Thatha Patti Elders Foundation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be capable of independently managing online campaigns and improving brand visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
  • Increase online visibility and improve brand identity across platforms
  • Manage daily postings and interactions on social media channels
  • Analyze traffic data, lead conversions, and provide monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging creatives
  • Keep up with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and social media trends
  • Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Creative mindset with an ability to adapt strategies
  • Basic content writing and communication skills
