We are looking for a performance-driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.

Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and create engaging, high-quality content regularly.

Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to create marketing collaterals, case studies, and promotional assets.

Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitor insights.

Execute marketing automation tasks, email campaigns, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing activities.

Update and maintain website content; basic understanding of website CMS is required.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Support brand-building initiatives, including event coordination, community engagement, and offline promotions.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience; prior experience in an IT or digital marketing company is preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.

Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content writing, and creative strategy.

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach and willingness to adapt to new marketing trends.
