Key responsibilities

  • Quality assurance and control: Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures, including the creation of quality control plans and work instructions.
  • Testing and inspection:
  • Perform in-process and final quality checks.
  • Conduct specialized tests, such as oil and nitrogen leakage tests.
  • Use measuring and testing instruments like Meggers, Vernier calipers, and micrometers.
  • Ensure adherence to reference standards like IS and IEC.
  • Supplier management: Evaluate suppliers and review/approve their quality control and testing procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation, including inspection reports and adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective actions: Identify and analyze the root cause of deviations and implement corrective actions to improve processes.
  • Compliance and audits: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and statutory standards. Coordinate and follow up on customer audits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team leadership (for senior roles): Lead and mentor the QC team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
