Role Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement workflows in Collibra to streamline data governance processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for workflow development.
  • Customize existing Collibra workflows based on client needs and specifications.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for workflows, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Conduct testing of newly developed workflows to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing workflows.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions for end-users on utilizing Collibra workflows effectively.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data governance and Collibra workflows.
  • Support project management efforts through Agile methodologies.
  • Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on workflow development progress.
  • Implement security measures within workflows to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate Collibra workflows with other systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Collibra workflow architecture and capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Collibra workflow implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data governance concepts and practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in developing technical documentation and user guides.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and database concepts.
  • Experience with system integration and API usage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in training users on software applications.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
