Role Overview

We're looking for a 
UX/UI Designer
 who can translate complex AI and behavioural data into 
intuitive, emotional, and visually powerful experiences.

You'll design the mobile and wearable interfaces for our AI Companion and lead the creation of 
motion graphics
 that bring our digital ecosystem to life — from smooth micro-interactions to cinematic explainers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design 
    UI/UX flows
     for mobile, web, and wearable platforms (Flutter-based app ecosystem).
  • Create 
    motion graphics, interactive prototypes, and micro-animations
     for AI interactions.
  • Collaborate with AI, product, and neuroscience teams to visualize 
    behavioural insights and digital twin data.
  • Develop a 
    consistent design system and brand motion identity
     across Assessli's product suite.
  • Lead visual storytelling for 
    marketing and product videos
     (3D/2D motion, transitions, explainer visuals).
  • Ensure 
    pixel-perfect design
     that balances aesthetic, functionality, and emotion.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in 
    Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, Illustrator, and Blender/Cinema 4D
     (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of 
    UI/UX principles, micro-interactions, and motion design systems.
  • Experience designing for 
    AI, wearable, or health-tech products
     (bonus).
  • Excellent eye for 
    typography, color, and spatial hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into meaningful visuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of hands-on experience in product and motion design.
  • Prior work in startups, tech, or futuristic interfaces is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing 
    interface motion, product animations, and brand storytelling.
