Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior to Senior AI ML Engineer with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our innovative full-time team in Bangalore. Youll have the opportunity to build, deploy, and optimize machine learning solutions for diverse business challenges in an energetic company environment committed to digital transformation and client success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in time series analysis, including forecasting techniques and handling complex temporal datasets. (Mandatory skill)
  • Advanced experience with predictive modelling to analyse trends and enable data-driven business decisions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Hands-on expertise in deploying and managing machine learning models using AWS infrastructure and tools. (Mandatory skill)
  • Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and integration within scalable data systems.
  • Strong Python programming skills for developing, testing, and deploying robust machine learning models and data pipelines.
  • Experience with model optimisation methods to enhance predictive performance and computational efficiency in production environments.
  • Keen ability to troubleshoot, debug, and maintain AI/ML systems, ensuring seamless operation and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, open mindset for learning new technologies, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, with a focus on time series forecasting and predictive analytics projects.
  • Design and optimise data pipelines leveraging Apache Kafka and AWS services to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough model evaluation, tune parameters, and apply optimisation techniques for maximum performance.
  • Participate in the deployment and continuous monitoring of models in production, addressing technical and data-related issues proactively.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, code changes, and results for knowledge-sharing and future reference within the team.
  • Keep pace with industry developments in AI, ML, and cloud computing, and provide insights to incorporate new approaches as needed.
  • Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to drive seamless integration and delivery of AI initiatives.
