Requirements
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in .NET, Angular, and AWS to design, build, and maintain modern, high-performance applications. You will enhance solutions for scalability, reliability, and efficiency while implementing strong audit, monitoring, backup, and archival mechanisms. Collaborating with business and IT teams, you will translate requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. This role drives innovation, supports data-driven decisions, and strengthens competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle assigned tasks and mentor junior developers.

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and AWS services.

  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.

  • Integrate third-party APIs, services, and components.

  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

  • Lead incident resolution and provide root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with DevOps to automate builds, deployments, and monitoring.

  • Stay current with .NET and AWS technologies and apply them effectively.

  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and processes clearly.

  • Implement audit, monitoring, backup, and archival procedures.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of full stack development experience, primarily in .NET Core and C#.

  • Strong cloud computing expertise with hands-on experience in microservices.

  • Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React.

  • Familiarity with tools like Sonatype, JFrog, DAST, SonarCloud, and CodeQL.

  • Understanding of incident management, SLAs, and timely issue resolution.

  • Basic knowledge of VB6/VB.NET and relational databases (SQL).

  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, AWS SQS).

  • Proficient with Git and project management tools like Jira.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics).

  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports).
