Title: Technical Lead - Network Automation & MonitoringLocation: BengaluruJob Description:The IT Technical Lead will own the strategy, prioritization, and internal commercialization of Network Automation & Monitoring, ensuring effective management of capacity and work deliverables. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, driving technological innovation, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Skills in Priority:Network EngineeringSoftware Development and AutomationApplication Support and ManagementProject and Supervisory experienceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10 years of experience in IT, with 5 years on Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.

Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams. Strong domain knowledge in network products and services, including DevOps pipeline, programming and scripting, network automation systems/tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional certifications related to Network Automation, Application & Monitoring. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB (configuration management database) and network management tools like Algosec, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, and others. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of Network Automation, Application & Monitoring and its ecosystem. Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to Network Automation & Monitoring. Experience with system architecture and design.

Understanding of network infrastructure and protocols. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Experience in Network application support and management including:Monitoring and management applications (Solarwinds, ThousandEyes, Splunk, Kentik, Lighthouse, Ixia)Configuration, workflow and License mgmt.

(Junospace, lookingGlass, DNA Center, Algosec, IAS and Cisco Smart Satellite)Identity and Access Mgmt. (ClearPass, Cisco ISE and SART)Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure)
