  1. Co-ordinate with CoreTech for Linux Server Procurement
  2. Co-ordinate with CoreTech to sunset Linux Server
  3. Co-ordinate with CoreTech to setup DNS & Load Balancer
  4. Application Server Setup & Maintainance
  5. File transfer protocol setup & support
  6. Disk Space Management
  7. SSL Certificate Setup/Renewals & Maintainance
  8. Log Rotation
  9. Monthly Patching Support
  10. Vulnerability Management
  11. Troubleshooting of DeloitteOmnia Agent(NO_CONNECTIVITY),GE Infaagents PostgreSQL DB and ODBC connection Issue and ISQL DB connectivity issue for Databricks unixODBC driver on DeloitteOmnia Server.
  12. Databricks unixODBC driver installation & Configuration for DeloitteOmnia Server.
  13. Maintance and support of DeloitteOmnia Infrastructure.

1.Disk Space Management

  1. SSL Certificate Setup/Renewals & Maintainance
  2. Log Rotation
  3. Monthly Patching Support
  4. Vulnerability Management
  5. DB Migration support for applications.
  6. Application Jobs Schedulings and Jar Deployment Support
  7. We will help the app team in migrating their application jobs.
  8. Automation Support for Couple of use cases.
  9. App/Web services restarts.
  10. Production Release Deployment Support.
  11. Access (Jenkins,Github Repo).

Monitoring:

  1. New Relic Synthetic, Infrastructure & Page View Setup & Maintenance.
  2. NR Password Updations for FSSO for multiple monitors.
  3. Daily Monitoring of NR alerts.
  4. Working on NR monitor issues.
  5. Maintain NR Insight & Ops Dashboard.
