Purchase Executive

Brief overview of work list:

Location     : Shirpur Hospital (On site)
Experience : Minimum 2-3  years Working experience in Hospitals is mandatory. 

• Every task to be executed under IT Projects or New Initiatives 
• Understand BOQ procurement / services requirements, support in evaluation options
•  Call for quotes related to Active and Passive components for New Projects
• Projects related procurements and tracking
• Raising of purchase order post evaluating vendor's / service providers 
• Liaise with PIMO / Locations accounts / Registrar for timely closure of all commercial agreements, settlement invoice 
• Call for quotes and proposal from Various Vendors
•  Prepare comparative sheets
• Tracking of delivery under Projects
• Projects includes, SBMPT Phase 2 , MKM Hostel , Indore girls/boys/staff quarters , Hyderabad CCTV , Boys/girls/Academic building, Shirpur Hostel/Bunglow/RC Patel , Dhule AV Systems , Chandigarh Campus , Lucknow SDL campus and new upcoming sites.
