Responsibilities
• Establish connections with placement coordinators in colleges to generate leads for
recruitment.
• Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Maintain a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.
• Schedule interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Quick learning ability to adapt to recruitment processes and tools.
Additional details:
• Work Mode – Work from office- (Perungudi, Chennai)
• Stipend – 15,000 per month
• Working days & Hours – 6 days a week & 8 hrs. a day.
• Internship duration – 3 to 6 months (Based on your performance, we will bring you on
board as a full-time employee with a salary aligned to market standards)
