We are seeking an experienced Junior Engineer (Injection Moulding Maintenance) to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines, utilities, and automation equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise in PLC programming, robotics, and injection moulding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily shift meetings and align on maintenance tasks.
  • Perform predictive and breakdown maintenance to ensure machine uptime.
  • Manage critical spares, manpower, and work activity allocation.
  • Maintain all machine-related documentation (B/D reports, PDCA, analysis, summaries).
  • Conduct daily machine inspections, resolve issues, and update check sheets.
  • Handle injection moulding machine process improvements and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate and execute improvement projects and training for subordinates.
  • Prepare yearly maintenance budgets and monitor critical spare parts consumption.
  • Develop and maintain service manuals for new equipment.
  • Read and analyze electrical & mechanical drawings effectively.
  • Provide hands-on support for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

  • 3-axis & 6-axis Robots
  • Utilities: Cooling Tower, Air Dryers, Chillers, Compressors, Pre-heaters, UPS, Cranes
  • Special Purpose Machines & Part Conveyors
  • Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems
