We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Director of Photography (DOP)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee camera operations, lighting setups, and overall video production to create stunning visual stories that align with SalonTym's brand aesthetic.

The DOP will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality visual content for campaigns, product shoots, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute cinematography for beauty, fashion, and salon service shoots.
  • Manage camera operations, lighting, and framing to ensure cinematic quality.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard shoots.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain all camera and lighting equipment.
  • Direct camera crew and manage on-set workflow efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in visual tone and brand aesthetics across all video content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    camera operation
    and handling professional camera equipment.
  • Expertise in
    lighting setup
    and
    video production
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    cinematography techniques
    and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent sense of composition, framing, and color.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Degree/Diploma in
    Film, Media, or a related field
    .
  • Experience in the
    beauty or salon industry
    will be an added advantage.
