We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Python and ReactJS to join our collaborative team. This role involves leading application development, mentoring a team of engineers, and delivering robust, scalable solutions while ensuring high-quality standards across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Python and ReactJS
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and align solutions with business goals
  • Supervise and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards and foster professional growth
  • Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks
  • Oversee software development processes and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the development lifecycle
  • Drive the integration of cloud infrastructure and automation tools for seamless CI/CD processes
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain application performance and scalability
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration among development, QA, and deployment teams to achieve project goals
  • Facilitate exploration and adoption of new technologies to enhance system capabilities

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of experience in software development
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Python for application development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions (5+ years)
  • Skills in UI/UX development using ReactJS, ideally with Material UI frameworks
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript for developing modern web applications
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform and ArgoCD
  • Background in using continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
  • Capability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Showcase of problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges
