Required Skills:

  • Manage Agile delivery for an eCommerce ecosystem including SFCC B2B, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Azure integrations, UI, and Payment/Tax services.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and Scrum-of-Scrums.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business teams, architects, OEM/3rd-party teams, and internal stakeholders to remove blockers and resolve issues.
  • Plan PI/Sprints, estimate story points, and track delivery metrics using JIRA, ServiceNow, and other tools.
  • Lead large teams of 15–50 FTEs, including enhancements and support, across onshore/offshore or shift-based operations.
  • Ensure SLA, KPI, and quality standards are met while driving delivery progress and team performance.
  • Strong experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration, unit testing, automated testing, and code review coordination.
  • Drive risk management, dependency tracking, decision resolution, and maintain smooth client and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented CPG environment with cross-functional teams.
