Field Sales Specialist

The
Field Sales Specialist
is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Job Location:
Opening in Delhi NCR and Lucknow

Responsibilities

  • Proven 3+ years of successful field sales experience.
  • Responsible for sales to corporates and law firms, high courts and other government entities.
  • Willing to travel extensively to assigned location.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targets.
  • Visit clients/customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify new prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications

  • Experience and working knowledge of sales

- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving target

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals, Edtech, eLearning etc.)
  • Familiarity with the local market and language
