
Staff Nurse

- Patient Care:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, Blood Pressure).
- Administer prescribed medications and injections as per doctors' instructions.
- Assist patients in personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility as required.
- Provide wound care, catheterization, and other basic medical procedures.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (treatment chart, medication records, intake/output charts).
- Document observations, nursing interventions, and any significant patient behavior or changes.
- Support Medical Team:
- Assist doctors during ward rounds and procedures.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and treatments.
- Report patient conditions and any deterioration to the doctors immediately.
- Infection Control:
- Follow standard hygiene protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste and maintain cleanliness in the ward.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives regarding treatment and care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Shift Handover:
- Properly hand over patient condition and treatment status to the next shift staff.
- Ensure all necessary reports and documentation are completed during handover.
- Equipment Handling:
- Monitor the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment in the ward (BP machine, oxygen cylinders, suction apparatus).
- Report malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- Emergency Handling:
- Provide first aid and basic life support in case of emergencies.
- Assist in shifting critical patients to ICU or operation theatres when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
