What is the role?

Join us as a Store Representative, where you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service for Hilti owned-operated store. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will manage daily sales operations, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the store's success. Key Responsibilities & goals:


• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach.


• Monitor and optimize in-store processes to improve efficiency, including order processing, quotes, and stock management.


• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase unique features and maximizing sales opportunities.


•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.


• Contribute to creative marketing initiatives to increase footfall and store visibility

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?


• Engineering Degree with at least one year of sales experience


• Strong proficiency in managing both technical and commercial aspects of customer interactions.


• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required


• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with colleagues across all levels.
