Job Responsibilities:

  • Create
    pre-event presentations
    as per brand and client guidelines, including event name, logo, synopsis, layout, mood board, event brief, and event concept.
  • Design
    event collaterals
    such as brochures, leaflets, standees, invites, and digital creatives in line with client requirements and brand language.
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts that align with the event narrative.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, production, and client servicing) to ensure cohesive execution of design deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative files and final presentations are organized and archived in designated folders.
  • Execute
    on-ground event graphics
    and ensure smooth running of visual content during live events.
  • Conduct regular research to stay updated with the latest
    design and industry trends
    , applying new ideas to elevate creative output.
  • Coordinate with
    printing vendors
    for material production, negotiation, and closure of billing.
  • Support in guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and fostering creativity within the team.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Excellent visualization and presentation-making skills
  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach
  • Awareness of current design, branding, and event trends

Experience:
3+ years of experience in a creative/design role within the
events or media industry preferably.

Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
