Job DescriptionAddress limitations of technologies and materials involved in the CAD process.Incorporate feedback into 3D model designs to enhance overall design quality.Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for assigned project components.Ensure designs comply with industry standards, design specifications, and regulatory requirements.Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design concepts to optimize performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to provide technical support and resolve design-related issues during the production phase.Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve the overall quality and reliability of designs.Stay updated on advancements in CAD software and UAV technology to improve design capabilities and efficiency.Prepare computational geometry for FEA/CFD analysis from CAD models.Work with teams to ensure that designs meet all safety and performance requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of CAD engineering with a focus on design principles.Familiarity with aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, and NX.Understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within project deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.BenefitsCompetitive Salary & Stock Options.We invest in personal growth.Travel & Fieldwork opportunities.Your ideas and opinions matter to us.About TETechEagle is a leading & pioneer Drone Delivery Startup, that has built and operates Asia's 1st Drone Delivery hub and spoke network to transform supply chain & last mile logistics deliveries agnostic to industries/sectors e.g. E-commerce, maritime, hyperlocal & healthcare industry, etc. All drones are autonomous and are managed through our proprietary cloud-based fleet management software system and an Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) software to operate them safely with other aircraft systems (manned & unmanned) in the same airspace.
