About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Android Developer who has hands-on experience in building mobile applications using Java/Kotlin, understands modern architectural patterns, and writes clean, maintainable code. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hybrid app technologies is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain Android applications with clean, well-structured code.
  • Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
  • Implement and manage push notifications and in-app messaging services.
  • Work with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
  • Apply standard design patterns to build scalable and maintainable codebases.
  • Manage project dependencies, builds, and automation using Gradle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Good knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI components, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with push notification integrations (Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar).
  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
  • Knowledge of design patterns and best coding practices.
  • Experience with third-party SDK integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Gradle build system.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code with proper structure.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Version control experience (Git).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge or experience in hybrid app frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Ionic, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Jetpack Compose (optional but a plus).
