Job Description:

We'd like to create a generic job profile of Tax Services Staff. This is so we can use this title going forward
For offers we make that aren't tied to a cost center yet (because we don't know what cost center they are going in).
For aligning the staffs to job profile and not worrying if their cost center changes last minute and we have to update their title.
