Site Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our construction/project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Manage and mentor site staff, including training and development.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress, issues, and concerns.
Develop and implement site-specific plans, including safety, quality, and environmental plans.
Manage site budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Ensure site cleanliness and organization, including waste management and disposal.
*Requirements:*
2+ years of experience in site supervision or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction/project sites.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
Certification in site supervision, construction management, or a related field.
Experience with project management software and other relevant tools.
